Contract length, setup fees, and any revenue-share or transaction take rate are all undisclosed, which matters because this is a commerce/loyalty product where transaction economics are the core commercial term. IMPORTANT CATEGORY CORRECTION FOR BUYERS: RepeatMD is NOT practice management software and NOT an EMR — it is a branded patient loyalty and ecommerce app (memberships, product sales, treatment promotions, AI treatment advisors), sold as an ADDITIONAL system alongside your PM/EMR, not a replacement. Its own FAQ lists "Do you integrate with my EMR?" confirming it presumes a separate EMR. Patient financing is offered via Affirm at "0-36% APR" — a cost borne by the patient, not the practice. Branded app launch is promised in "30 days or less."
